Do you accept purchase orders and Net-30?

Yes. Use the Request a Quote page and we send an itemized quote valid 60 days, a W-9, and any vendor forms your agency needs. Net-30 terms on approved purchase orders. Most departments can't buy with a card, so this is how the majority of our kits ship.

Which kit should a team start with?

The Tango-3 Kit ($125) covers rooms, walls, corners and operator markers, enough to brief a single-structure entry. Teams that plan multi-room or campus operations go to the Charlie-3 Command Kit (82 pieces). Add the Victor-3 Vehicle Kit for approaches and takedowns. Individual tiles are available to expand any kit.

What surfaces do the tiles work on?

Any magnetic surface: magnetic whiteboards, steel briefing boards, steel doors, lockers, truck and trailer panels. Tiles hold flat under their own magnets and lift off clean. Not for glass boards or painted drywall.

Is there volume pricing for multiple teams?

Yes. Volume pricing applies on 3 or more kits, and individual tiles are 10% off at 5+ and 15% off at 12+. Everything ships from the USA. If you need delivery before a specific training block, note the date on your quote request and we will confirm it.
