Processing

Every Tac-Tiles product is made to order in the USA. In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Large kit orders and agency purchase orders are built to order and typically ship in 2–3 weeks; we confirm a ship date in writing before we start.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship via USPS and UPS. Orders over 1 lb ship with tracking.

International

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees charged on delivery.

Agency and department orders

Purchase orders are accepted. Request a formal quote at tac-tiles.com/pages/request-a-quote and we'll include shipping in the quote.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it. If a tracked package shows delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 7 days and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
