Refund policy

Returns

Unused products in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Contact us first so we can send a return address. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Breakage guarantee

Tac-Tiles are meant to be thrown in a bag and used hard. If a tile or piece breaks under normal use within one year of purchase, send us a photo and we'll replace it. No return needed.

Custom and agency orders

Custom-configured kits and orders fulfilled against a purchase order are final sale unless defective.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
